PICO EV Q Kit

The PICO EV Q Kit enables the absolute quantification and characterization of Extracellular vesicles based on their surface markers. 
The workflow includes the incubation of your purified EVs with labeled antibodies. After incubation, the sample is diluted and loaded onto a dPCR plate. During the dPCR reaction, the PICOglue Labels are amplified, generating a fluorescent signal that is recorded. After the dPCR run, the raw data is uploaded and analyzed with our online software.

The PICO EV Q Kit contains materials to perform 150 dPCR reactions in 24-well dPCR plates or 600 dPCR reactions in 96-well dPCR plates.
